Overview
BL Automate is an AI-assisted workspace automation platform for teams that run on Google Workspace. This policy explains what data BL Automate accesses when you connect your Google account, how that data is used, and the choices you have. In this policy, "you" and "your organization" mean the customer using BL Automate. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
Data we access
BL Automate only accesses Google data after you connect your Google account and grant consent on Google's consent screen, and only within the scopes you approve. The scopes we may request:

How we use your data
We use Google data solely to provide the BL Automate features you enable and to run the automations you authorize. We do not use Google user data for advertising, credit scoring, or resale, and we do not use it to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
Storage and security
- OAuth tokens are stored on our servers with restricted access and encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS).
- Access to production systems is limited to authorized personnel who need it to operate the service.
- Tokens and credentials are never committed to source control and are not shared with third parties.
- Your email and files remain in your Google account; BL Automate reads and writes only what a connected workflow needs.
Sub-processors
BL Automate relies on a small set of service providers to operate: Google APIs (to read and write the Workspace data you connect), our cloud hosting provider (to run the application), and AI model providers (to generate drafts and content from the context you provide). These providers process data only to deliver the service and under their own data-protection terms.
Retention and deletion
You can disconnect BL Automate at any time by revoking access at Google Account permissions. To request deletion of stored tokens and any data BL Automate holds about your account, email privacy@businesslabs.org; we delete stored OAuth tokens and associated data promptly after a verified request or when your account is closed. Data BL Automate wrote into your own Google account (mail, Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive, Calendar, Tasks) stays under your control in Google.
Limited Use
BL Automate's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
