These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BL Automate at blautomate.businesslabs.org (the "Service"), provided by Business Labs. Related: Privacy policy · How Google Workspace connects.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
BL Automate is an AI-assisted workspace automation platform for teams that run on Google Workspace. It provides a unified inbox with human-approved AI drafts, task boards and CRM in Google Sheets, AI-assisted Docs and Slides generation, Drive file organization, and Calendar and Tasks sync. AI proposes actions; your team approves before anything is sent or published.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us promptly at support@businesslabs.org of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
- Do not attempt to access other customers' data, disrupt the Service, or abuse rate limits or APIs.
- Do not use connected Gmail to send unsolicited bulk mail except as the account owner authorizes and in compliance with anti-spam laws.
- Do not use the Service to store or transmit malware or unlawful content.
5. Google Workspace connection & your responsibilities
Connecting a Google account via OAuth is optional and, when enabled, lets approved automations call Google APIs on the accounts you authorize. BL Automate accesses your Google account only after you grant consent on Google's consent screen, and only within the scopes you approve. You are responsible for ensuring you have the authority to connect the Google accounts and data you provide, and for the actions you approve within the Service. You can revoke access at any time at Google Account permissions. Our handling of Google user data is described in the Privacy policy, and our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and content provided by Business Labs, is owned by Business Labs and protected by law. You retain all rights to the data and content you and your organization provide or generate through the Service. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide and improve the Service as described in the Privacy policy.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated output will be accurate; you are responsible for reviewing and approving output before relying on it.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Business Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and disconnect your Google account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if required for security or legal reasons. On termination, the data-deletion process in the Privacy policy applies.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
